Jean Blaise, curator and artistic director of Nantes, transformed the city into a lively international urban center through the development of art and cultural projects in the public space.
Blaise broadened the curator’s work, from common exhibition spaces to the outdoor urban space, making art an indispensable part of the city life.
Blaise will discuss the decisions and steps that paved the way to the transformation of Nantes, and the challenges to preserve these changes.
